The term investment itself, usually means a long-term perspective. We are not going to tell you that Forex, futures & options trading and other forms of derivatives are kind of investments. However, this short-term or even speculative financial instruments are often used to hedge long-term investments.
Please design a good investment strategy that favor your personal needs. Please do not forget to diversify your portfolio and do not invest your money into assets of one class only.
